Dear Elise,

We’ve found a new home. I’m a fan of neat interface and user-friendliness of any website, thus the big switch to WordPress. I was impressed with how Yen’s blog looked, so here I am! I will try my very best to maintain this blog regularly (ahem, with lesser sporadic posts and more sense injected in them). Let’s see how this works out!

Though this is an attempt to be finally a legit, non-anonymous internet character (which I tried to be in the five years of my blogging, hee-hee), posts of great secrecy would still have to be locked in my other journal. We don’t want to go there, do we?

Much love,

J

Wow, I think this is the first time I inspired someone to defect. :p Haha. You’ll miss LJ for a while (the community aspect, the mad layouts), but I don’t know. Para saken that faded right away. LJ is more of a popularity contest eh, kaya mas kuntento na ko dito. :) And, no, you don’t have to make sense her either, so there’s no pressure! :P

Know what? I love WordPress for its web tools: the detailed stats, easy management of posts, elimination of an external photo hosting site for posting pictures… The geeky trendiness of it all!

But my LJ accounts are a keeper!Para siyang literal na public diary, interactive pa kamo. Dun na lang yung mga dirty, dark and super-emo secrets :) Tsaka ‘di ko pa rin ma-figure out kung paano mag import ng walang kwentang entries ko dun, so dun na yun.

Weh. Sawa na ako sa LJ, pero I’ve kept my account open para lang to keep up with certain friends (like you and Ivy hehe). Pero I love the built-in stats din, and how you can edit comments in one place, and how you can create parent categories, and how you don’t have to friend people. (I just subscribe to friends and blogs on Google Reader.) Haha geek! I wish lang that WP had as much html flexibility as LJ. Pero yun lang hehe.
